<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 280%;text-indent: 24pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: 宋体;line-height: 280%">现如今，社会迅速发展，公益的形式在不断地变化，而真正不变的是公益人的那颗公益心。今天，我们有幸能采访到我校希望阵营社团主席李秦川学长，请他谈谈公益心和管理社团的经验?/span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 280%;text-indent: 24pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: 宋体;line-height: 280%"><img id="图片 1" src="/images/images1806101ndu26qn8nlezj_image001.jpg" width="650" height="412" /></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 280%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: 宋体;line-height: 280%"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: 宋体;line-height: 280%">与学长的交谈使我受益匪浅，李秦川学长是一个非常优秀的长大学子。如果说，真诚热情是学长给我们的第一印象。那么，高瞻远瞩就是学长的第二个代名词。从学长的口中我们了解到希望阵营是一个具有近<span lang="EN-US">19</span>年历史、机制结构完备、具有蓬勃生机活力的社团。他的言语无时不刻不在向我们传达希望阵营浓浓的“家文化”氛围和一代代“希望阵营人”对社团的特殊情结。我想这也是学长留下来立志建设好社团的原因?/span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 280%;text-indent: 21pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: 宋体;line-height: 280%">我们谈到社团的精品活动“生命之光计划”——造血干细胞血样采集与宣传大型公益项目，并了解了造血干细胞血样采集的相关情况。学长希望越来越多的人能够了解并参加这些活动。他说到：“造血干细胞的采集对人身体是没有伤害的，采集过程也不会疼痛，仅需抽取<span lang="EN-US">7-8ML</span>的血样进行入库配对，而这就是一个生命的希望。在今年的活动中，共采集?span lang="EN-US">1030</span>份干细胞血样，创造了新的历史高度。这说明学校和同学们对这项活动的关注和支持力度在增大。同时，看到许多同学积极献身公益，我们内心也十分感动，不禁为热心参与公益的小伙伴们点赞。?/span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 280%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: 宋体;line-height: 280%"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: 宋体;line-height: 280%">对于社团的发展，学长有一些心得体会。社团的发展需要营造家文化的氛围，这样才能够充分带动大家的积极性，形成特殊的社团情结。这也是希望阵营相较于其他社团的优点。在举办活动方面，学长认为：“人员问题是众多社团普遍会遇到的问题。社团在举办活动时创新人员使用方法，增强人员在活动中的参与感，使其具有强烈的责任感和成功举办活动的满足感，从而形成强有力的执行力。在传承中谋求创新，并形成新的活动格局。”除此之外，人脉也是不可缺少的一项因素，人脉可以解决社团发展过程中资源不足等问题。想要办好社团，最重要的就是传承。这就需要社团有属于自身的文化并且扩展自身的生存空间?/span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 280%;text-indent: 24pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: 宋体;line-height: 280%">最后，学长寄语：“作为一个公益社团成员，我们时刻要有一颗善良的心。聪明是一个人的天赋，善良就是一个人的选择。学会善良，做好自己的事情，不要被外界所左右。你所坚持的道路，已经有一届又一届师兄师姐们坚持?span lang="EN-US">18</span>年，他们都验证了这条道路的可行性。你们会在这条路上收获独特的经历，而这些经历将会成为你们以后的宝贵财富。希望你们不忘初心，砥砺前行。?/span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 280%;text-indent: 24pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: 宋体;line-height: 280%">希望阵营是一个“家文化”浓厚的社团。社团全体成员的共同努力造就了今天的辉煌?“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，我们也衷心的祝愿希望阵营在一代代希望人的努力下越办越好?/span></p>
